Landlord Gas safety Certificates
A Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is a legal document which details that all gas appliances were working safely and in normal parameters, at the time of inspection. Landlords must receive Gas Safety Certificates every 12 months, as outlined by The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. It is a requirement that all gas appliances owned by the landlord are listed in the inspection.
Mayday Plumbing issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates by providing a computerised digital certificate, valid for 1 year. We can also service or repair all your gas appliances in the same visit as your CP12.
